Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Atoz Art and Craft. We’re committed to deliver your handmade products safely and on time.

Processing Time

  1. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. We currently offer prepaid orders only.Cash on delivery (COD) is not available
  3. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation

  1. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a WhatsApp image of your order to confirm the items being shipped.
  2. If you wish to add extra items to your order at this stage, you may do so (subject to availability).
  3. Please note : Once you place the order no cancellations are allowed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  1. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the type of shipping you choose.
  2. Estimated delivery time: 1-3 days for express shipping and 5-7 days for standard shipping 
  3. Since we use third-party courier services, any shipping delays are beyond our control and we are not responsible for them.

Shipping Locations

  1. We currently ship across India.
  2. International shipping is available on request. Please contact us at care@atozartandcraft.com

Order tracking 

  1. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking number.
  2. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after dispatch.

Damages,Defect & Lost packages 

  1. We ensure that all products are quality-checked and packed safely before shipping 
  2. We are not responsible for any damages or defects that occur during the transit as this is beyond our control.
  3. In case of lost or undelivered packages we are not liable as courier services are third-party partners. 
  4. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout as we are not responsible for delays or lost packaged caused due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
