Refund policy

At Atoz ArtandCraft,every product is handmade with care and precision.Since our items are crafted on order ,we have a strict no-return policy,except under specific conditions mentioned below 

Return & Exchange Policy 

We only accept return/exchanges in the following cases:

1. The product delivered is not the one you ordered.
2. The product has no signs of being used.
3. The request for return/exchange is raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Important notes: 

1. An unboxing video is mandatory (unedited) and must be attached with your email request.
2. Requests will be approved only after verification and final inspection once we receive the product.
3. Refund will be initiated once we receive the product and the product has no signs of being used.
4. Replacement /Exchange will be shipped only after the previous product is received.
   
5. Delivery of replacement may take 10-15 business days.
   
6. Refund amount will be transferred to your original payment method within 2-5 business days
